Once your order has been finalised, we will forward your order details to our Sydney warehouse for processing. Upon receipt of your order information, our warehouse team will pick, pack, and dispatch your goods within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, your parcel will be lodged with Australia Post for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, which allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress online.

Standard delivery times via Australia Post are approximately 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery periods are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Australia and any unforeseen postal delays.

Should you have any questions regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

No need to worry—tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to activate after dispatch.

For the most accurate status, we recommend checking the tracking system 7 days after receiving your tracking number.

Our products are currently stored across three warehouse locations within our Sydney logistics network. To help you manage your shipping costs effectively, please note the following freight policy:

• Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 4 – For orders containing only items from these warehouses, free shipping applies once your subtotal reaches AUD $299 or more.

• Warehouse 2 – Items held in this warehouse are not eligible for any free‑shipping offer, regardless of order value. Standard postage rates will always apply to products dispatched from Warehouse 2.

Because each warehouse operates independently for order fulfilment and freight calculation, combining items from different warehouses in a single order may result in multiple shipping charges – one for each dispatch point. This means that even if your total order value exceeds $299, you may still incur delivery fees if your cart includes products from Warehouse 2, or if you mix Warehouse 2 items with those from other warehouses.

We strongly recommend that you check the assigned warehouse for each product before adding it to your cart (this information is displayed on the product detail page). Where possible, please try to consolidate your purchase within one warehouse to avoid unexpected extra postage costs

If it goes missing during delivery, we'll organise a replacement at no extra cost.

If you still haven't received it and can't reach us for assistance, you can lodge a refund request through Wintopay within 30 days of purchase.

Not to worry - if you experience any product defects within 15 days of the date your order was delivered (as per tracking confirmation), just send through photos or video clearly showing the issue to our support team.
