This Shipping Policy explains our warehouse arrangements, shipping fees, free shipping conditions, delivery timeframes, and related shipping information.

By placing an order on AXIakvapou.com, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Warehouse Shipping Arrangement

To provide faster and more efficient delivery services, AXIakvapou operates with three separate warehouses.

Your order will be processed and shipped based on the warehouse where the products are currently stocked.

Our warehouse arrangement includes:

• Warehouse 1

• Warehouse 2

• Warehouse 4

Please note that products from different warehouses may be shipped separately. If your order contains products from multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages, and shipping fees may be calculated separately for each warehouse shipment.

The standard shipping fees for each warehouse are:

• Warehouse 1: AUD $15 standard shipping fee

• Warehouse 4: AUD $15 standard shipping fee

• Warehouse 2: AUD $20 standard shipping fee

When an order meets the applicable free shipping requirements for a specific warehouse, the shipping fee for that warehouse shipment will be waived.

2. Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping eligibility is calculated separately for each individual warehouse.

Warehouse 1 & Warehouse 4

Orders shipped from Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 4 qualify for free shipping when the order value from the individual warehouse reaches:

AUD $299 or above

Once the threshold is reached, the standard shipping fee for that warehouse shipment will be waived.

Warehouse 2

Warehouse 2 does not provide a free shipping service.

All orders shipped from Warehouse 2 will require the standard shipping fee of:

AUD $20

regardless of the order value.

3. Multi-Warehouse Order Shipping Rules

If your order contains products from multiple warehouses, the order value cannot be combined to qualify for free shipping.

Each warehouse shipment is calculated independently.

For example:

• Warehouse 1 products total: AUD $200

• Warehouse 4 products total: AUD $150

Although the combined order value is AUD $350, neither warehouse reaches the AUD $299 free shipping threshold individually.

Therefore, free shipping does not apply, and the applicable shipping fees will be charged separately.

Only when a single warehouse order reaches AUD $299 or above will that warehouse shipment qualify for free shipping.

4. Processing and Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately:

3-7 business days

The actual delivery time may vary depending on:

• Your delivery location;

• Australia Post processing and transportation speed;

• Public holidays;

• Peak delivery periods;

• Unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

The estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Carrier

All orders are delivered through:

Australia Post

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, AXIakvapou cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier processing times, weather conditions, public holidays, and peak delivery periods.
